RAISED ON THE FARM and sold directly to you. Our bison, beef and pork are raised without added hormones, steroids or antibiotics. We do not feed any animal by-products. All of our products are NITRATE FREE.
Bison meat is naturally healthy with very low fat and high protein content. It has no gamey flavor and can be substituted for beef in almost any recipe. Our staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with Cooking Tips and serving suggestions. Ask for bison Recipes or cookbooks when you visit the store.
We carry steaks, roasts and burger in both bison and prime beef. Also available are bison snack sticks, jerky, sausage, bologna and kielbasa. In addition to our meat lines, we have unique bison gift items, bison hides and horns. Local honey and maple syrup round out our product lines.
