All in the family

Welcome to our family farm where faith, hard work, and a love for the land have been passed down for five generations. Our roots run deep here, and today our children proudly carry on the same farming traditions that began long before them. Every day, they’re learning, growing, and working alongside us as the future of our family’s agricultural legacy.

Our farm is truly a family operation. From planting and harvesting our own crops to raising and caring for our animals, every part of the process is done right here by family hands. We raise our animals with the highest standards of health, nutrition, and care that receive top-notch veterinary care.

Because everything we do is family-run, our farm store hours are limited, but when you stop by, you’ll always find one of us behind the counter, ready to share our story and help you find exactly what you need. We’re proud to offer meat that we’ve raised ourselves, so you can have full confidence in knowing exactly where your food comes from and who cared for it.

Our family tree is deeply rooted in agriculture. David and Luann Sverduk own and operate the original family buffalo farm, where not a day goes by that they aren’t out caring for the animals and the land they love. Matt and Ginger Hemmler own and operate The Buffalo Shoppe. Ginger was raised on this very farm, and now she and her family operate a farm just down the road where they raise the pork that’s sold in the store. Their kids bring endless energy, adventure, and passion to everything they do; embodying the bright future of family farming.

When you purchase meat from our farm, you’re not just buying a product; you’re supporting multiple generations of dedication, stewardship, and love for agriculture. From our family to yours, thank you for being part of our story.
