  $7.40 per lb - hot carcass weight.
  ½ carcass weighs approximately 250-375 lbs
  From this weight there will be approximately 40-45%  
  loss when the carcass is boned out etc.
  Price includes cutting and wrapping.
​Example: 325 lb carcass would cost $2405 and you  
  would get back approximately 150-180 lbs of meat.
  $300 deposit required prior to butchering.
  Payment by credit card adds 3% to price.
  No checks accepted on the day of pickup.
